Founder, CEO and Online Business Manager

Tenielle is the owner of TK Business Support and lives in the beautiful Illawarra area of NSW together with her husband, Derek and their fur babies ‘Oscar’ and ‘Kembla’.

With experience working for some of the largest international and Australian companies, Tenielle brings big business ideas and systems to you to implement, systemise and run your back of house operations to help get back to what you do best!

In 2020, Tenielle established TK Business Support to utilise her specialist skillset helping commercial and residential builders so they could get back precious time, time to focus on the vital aspects of their business or to be able to spend more time with their family.


Whilst Tenielle has worked across a broad range of industries providing executive business, project and operations management, her extensive and in-depth knowledge of the building and construction industry makes this her speciality area. Builders dream of having someone like Tenielle on their team!

Bringing order and structure to large and complex projects is something she loves, so working with business owners to implement solutions to ensure a successful outcome is her passion.

Tenielle is an exceptional networker, an active member of the South Coast Women in Business and Construction and the Illawarra Women in Business, a member of the Master Builders Association NSW and her local BNI network.




Angela Revell

Technical Operations Specialist

Angela is located in the beautiful seaside town of Penguin, in Tasmania. She has her hands full with a household of 3 boys and her cheeky husband, but wouldn't have it any other way!

With more than 15 years working in the Technology Industry, she is our information technology specialist. Angela loves all things technical and is our in-house IT guru who helps us with the latest software platforms and CRMs so we can recommend the best options to streamline your business practices.

Angela advisers the team with her wisdom & expertise as we go!

Vicki Woods

National Office Manager

Vicki lives on the Coffs Coast with her teenage son and she loves admin and organising people’s lives. With her positive ‘can do’ attitude and a career spanning 30 years in office management, project coordination, business administration and customer relations, she is an important part of the TK Business Support team.

Her extensive experience makes Vicki great at bringing clarity and a practical approach to business operations. She assesses ideas, finds solutions and streamlines processes to make our client's businesses and our team really efficient.

Vicki gains great satisfaction from seeing our clients move from being overwhelmed to enjoying a balanced lifestyle, allowing them to focus on growing their business or more family time.
